A number of schools across Scotland are closed as a resultÌýofÌýcoronavirus.
Hazlehead Academy in Aberdeen, Dunblane High and Perth High are closed for deep cleaningÌýafter being linked to people with coronavirus.
A handful of schools in the Highlands, Angus, East Ayrshire and East Renfrewshire are also shut.
In Shetland, all schools except Fair Isle, Fetlar and Foula primary schools will be closed for a week for “operational and resilience reasonsâ€.

To date, the schools affected are:
- In East Renfrewshire Council, special school the Ìýand the accompanying family centre were due to be shut today after a case of covid-19 was identified
- In Highland Council, Knockbreck Primary and Craighill Primary, both in Tain, have been closed indefinitely after two people became ill over the weekend
- In Stirling Council, Ìýwas closed today for a deep clean after a pupil in the school community tested positive for covid-19
- In Angus Council, Murroes Primary in Duntrune was closed today and tomorrow to allow for a deep clean after a suspected positive case
- In Perth Council, was scheduled to close for three days this week after a suspected case so the school could be cleaned
- In East Ayrshire, special schoolÌýWillowbank School, in Kilmarnock, was shut for a deep clean and scheduled to reopen on Wednesday.
On Friday Lanark Grammar School in South Lanarkshire was shut as a “precautionaryâ€Ìýmeasure but was scheduled to re-open today.Ìý
Last week, first minister Nicola Sturgeon said that, while schools were not closing yet,Ìýif they did so it could be until the summer.
Meanwhile,ÌýÌýhas told teachers and studentsÌýto “prepare as normalâ€Ìýfor exams, which start on 27 April. However, last week inspection bodyÌýEducation ScotlandÌýtook the decision to suspend school inspections.
