What Really Makes Us Happy?| Happiness, Wellbeing & Positive Psychology PSHE Lesson Chris Hemsworth Limitless

A highly engaging PSHE lesson that challenges students to explore one of life’s biggest questions: What really makes us happy?

Inspired by the themes of wellbeing, purpose, relationships and life satisfaction explored throughout Chris Hemsworth’s Limitless series, this thought-provoking lesson encourages students to investigate the science of happiness and evaluate whether happiness comes from success, possessions, relationships, achievements, or personal choices.

Students begin by ranking different contributors to happiness before analysing Chris Hemsworth’s reflections on happiness and fulfilment. They then work collaboratively to investigate key happiness factors through evidence-based research before creating their own personal “Happiness Formula.” The lesson concludes with a lively Four Corners Debate where students justify their views on a range of challenging statements about happiness.
