How can our community reporting tool help your school or trust?

Schools should have "systems in place (and they should be well promoted, easily understood and easily accessible) for children to confidently report abuse, knowing their concerns will be treated seriously." (KCSIE guidance 2024).

With MyConcern's community reporting tool, every concern can be heard easily and addressed promptly, helping to build trust with parents and the wider community.

Enhanced visibility and quick recognition

  • Make your safeguarding forms easy to find and use with links, QR codes, and clear visibility on your website, posters, and screens to encourage reporting

  • Spot potential safeguarding risks and threats early through our dashboards so you can address them before they escalate

Anonymous reporting forms linked to a community reporting QR code

  • We work tirelessly to ensure that students feel safe. Students report that they feel safe at school and that they know who to talk to if they need support. Having this level of confidence from parents is a great end of the term. Community reporting allows students to report concerns about themselves or their peers (anonymously if they wish) by scanning a QR code on the back of toilet cubicle doors using their iPad.
