Complete WJEC Entry 2 Healthy Living & Fitness Certificate resource bundle providing 14 credits across six fully resourced units.

This bundle provides a ready-to-teach pathway towards the WJEC Entry Level Certificate in Healthy Living & Fitness (Entry 2) – 6011/C2.

Designed particularly for learners in SEND, SEMH, Alternative Provision, PRUs, specialist settings and FE/post-16 provision, the resources use accessible language, clear layouts and a mixture of practical, visual and written activities.

Included units:

6103/E2 Healthy Living – 2 credits
Learners explore the choices and activities that can contribute to a healthy lifestyle, identify an area they could improve and take part in a healthy-living activity.

6110/E2 Working as Part of a Group – 2 credits
Learners develop the skills needed to work appropriately with others, complete agreed tasks, ask for and offer help and reflect on their contribution to a group.

6111/E2 Working Towards Goals – 2 credits
Learners identify a personal goal, plan the steps needed to work towards it, recognise the support they may need and review their progress.

6123/E2 Choices and Decisions – 1 credit
Learners explore everyday choices, consider different options and participate in making a decision about an aspect of their own life.

6164/E2 Food & Health – 4 credits
Learners explore healthy eating, food groups, nutrition, dietary choices and how food can affect health and wellbeing.

6172/E2 Health, Safety & Hygiene – 3 credits
Learners develop their understanding of health, safety and hygiene, including safe practices, contamination, food poisoning and reducing risks.
