Help pupils practise the everyday decisions and routines of secondary school through a structured six-week programme. Suitable for Year 7 tutor time, transition groups and pastoral sessions, with supported use for pupils preparing to move from Year 6.

The six themes are:

  • Finding your feet and asking for help
  • Organisation, timetables and equipment
  • Friendships, boundaries and safe support
  • Confidence through manageable steps
  • Routines, homework and responding to changes
  • A practical secondary school survival plan

Each week contains one 50-minute main session and two 10-minute follow-ups: 18 sessions and 420 minutes overall. Adjust timings and response methods to meet pupils’ needs.

What buyers receive
  • 44-page Student Passport: fictional cases, 24 core tasks, 12 follow-up activities, six weekly passport reviews, school information and help-route records, and a quick reference page.
  • 28-page Teacher Guide and Answers: preparation, session plans, access options, core marking notes, follow-up models, assessment keys and source notes.
  • 11-page Family Guide: six weekly conversations and practical activities, ongoing support guidance and a contact plan.
  • 8-page Assessments and Progress booklet: six-question baseline and end checks, each out of 12, a pupil review and staff tracker.
  • 13-page editable Word file: an instruction page and 12 reusable templates covering school information, timetable, homework, packing, help requests, conversations, small steps, routines, messages, review, a certificate and continuation space.
  • 13-page template PDF: a fixed print copy of the same Word pages; it repeats the content rather than adding another set of templates.
  • 2-page Quick Start, start-here text and Poppins/Inter font files with licence notices.

The main booklets are A4 portrait PDFs. The reusable templates are editable native Word text and tables; the main booklets are not editable Word files. Word editing may change pagination.
