This KS2 RE unit for Year 6 explores Jesus’ teaching on the Kingdom of God through six fully planned lessons. Pupils study key parables, Christian beliefs about forgiveness and inclusion, and how charities such as Christian Aid and Prison Fellowship put these values into action. The unit builds towards explaining what kind of king Jesus is for Christians.
