Routines that will help children in early years and anyone with SEND (PMLD/SLD) to regulate and feel secure in their environment, for young people who may have transitional difficulties or are at a level they can write, a worksheet is included, to help with what they need too. Emotions can be complex for young people, so I suggest using a story alongside these to support - the colour monster is a great option, if you would like them to explore emotions without the prompt of the name or colour and would like them to talk about what they feel ‘journey’ is a great picture book to support this.
