This reading comprehension has a lengthy passage with different styles of questions for the children to practice including inference, retrieval, justification and author’s choice of language. I have based this on the NFER style exam papers so it includes one , two and three mark questions. It’s fantastic for developing the children’s various comprehension skills. The resource is given in an exam style format, or a more paper-saving textbook version! Finally, it comes with a mark scheme.
