Online Class English For Young Learners: “I play with toys!!”
Level 1 Unit 5-4

This unit is centered on toys (ball, doll, teddy, kite, robot, car, train…), adjectives like big, small, colors, preposition of place (in, on under), verbs like play, build, ride and other basic language forms for ESL young learners that are starting to learn English and this is their first contact with it. This lesson “I play with toys” 's main focus is to work on the words ried, play, build and sixteen, and it is meant to last about 30-40 minutes. POWERPOINT

This Lesson is part of a bigger Unit and it includes:

Warm up section, in this case a “let’s play” song.
Vocabulary: ride, play, build and sixteen.
Key sentences: I play with a ball, I ride a bike , I fly a kite, I build with blocks, I build a robot…
Practice: activities for students to use the target language they have just learned.
Drilling: activities where they will drill the words and the pronunciation.
Games: to practice the language in a fun way
Revision: a slide to review the words and key sentences.
