This can be a stand alone lesson or the final lesson of the unit of work. In this lesson, students will plan their own trench diary entries using a structured planning sheet and information about the equipment and kit carried by soldiers during World War One. They will storyboard each entry, considering the events, details and experiences they want to include before developing their diary writing.
