Story Dice – Creative Writing & Speaking Activity

Story Dice is a creative storytelling tool designed to help students build structured narratives in English by combining random prompts related to travel experiences.

The students** add the elements of their choice**, under the guidelines of your choice (one lead character, one place, one secondary character, …) that suit the theme that you are teaching in your class (fairy tales, Holidays, and so on). You can also add the grammatical and vocabulary constraints that you wish the students to use (present tense, color adjectives, description, …)

Students roll the dice and create a story using the generated elements. The activity can be used for both written and oral production, and adapted for different levels.
