Need an October homework task you won’t need to mark? Got a November mock exam for Y11 coming up?

This is a Google Form self-marking listening quiz for which you’ll need a google account to use. There are six 6-mark questions in total including some of the tricky questions in rhythm and pitch dictation and chord recognition within a progression. They all have a spooky theme which is perfect for Halloween season as part of a revision lesson or homework.

At the end of the quiz, whenever an incorrect answer has been selected, there is feedback which explains what the correct answer is and why it is correct and also explains the incorrect terms (see preview images for an example). This feedback is specifically designed with Eduqas GCSE Music in mind and the extracts are primarily rock/pop themed (AoS4) but it will work just as well for any other GCSE Music specification.

Please note you will be purchasing a PDF document containing a link to the google form rather than directly the google form itself. The link will force you to make a copy of the file for your own Google drive, which you can then use as though you are the creator.
