Student worksheet (pages 1–12)

The worksheet follows your 12-page structure exactly, from the learning goals and starter through to the optional extension task.

Colour coding: Each type of box has its own colour. Vocabulary support is blue, writing tips are green, exam tips are amber, challenges are purple and self-assessment is teal.
Optional scaffolds: Students choose between Support 1, Support 2 and Stretch prompts themselves, so nobody is given a fixed ability label.
Fading support: The scaffolds reduce from Activity 4 to Activity 8.
Independent writing (page 10): Activity 9 has no sentence starters or word banks, so the task is the same for everyone.
