Criteria 1: Explain. What explain questions are in our Inquiry booklet? Which section of the report will this help you write?

Criteria 2: Examine. The examine task is the Case Study you have chosen.

Criteria 3: Apply
“I can use what I have learnt about the law to make a decision about the scenario and justify that decision.”
Apply your knowledge of the legal system by listing the positives and negatives of the two penalty outcomes.
