This Fruits of the Spirit craft activity for KS2 RE helps pupils explore Christian values through a simple, engaging classroom display. Pupils create a collaborative tree display while reflecting on how they can show these values in everyday life.

The Fruits of the Spirit are key Christian qualities found in the Bible (Galatians 5:22–23), including love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. This activity supports pupils in understanding these values and applying them to real-life situations.

Pupils write or draw examples of how they can demonstrate each fruit (for example, showing kindness by helping a friend), then colour and cut out their fruit. These are added to a shared class tree, creating a meaningful and visually engaging display that can be revisited throughout the topic.
