Progressive Maths Cover Work Levels 2–5 is built for mixed-attainment classes in which some pupils finish quickly while others struggle to access the opening work. Every version contains four densely packed student pages, each at the next consecutive level, followed by three answer pages. With 180 questions per page and 720 per version, there is substantial work without wasting paper on answer boxes or working-out space. Pupils work separately, so sheets can be collected and reused.

WHAT IS COVERED
Page 1 – Level 2 (Core Number Fluency): integer arithmetic; written and mental multiplication and division; negative numbers; decimal calculation; factors; and multiples.
Page 2 – Level 3 (Developing KS3): negative-number fluency; decimal calculation; adding simple fractions; fractions of amounts; HCF and LCM; perimeter; and one-step equations.
Page 3 – Level 4 (Secure KS3 Foundations): fraction calculation; fractions of amounts; percentages; ratio sharing; equations; linear sequences; area; and unit conversion.
Page 4 – Level 5 (KS3 to GCSE Bridge): percentage calculations; reverse percentages; ratio sharing; linear equations; sequences; triangle area; mean; and basic probability.

Pupils can establish success on the opening material, while faster or more secure pupils continue into harder work. One handout therefore serves a broad class without separate worksheets. Teachers can direct pupils to different starting pages or use the whole pack as a progression challenge.

WHY ARE THERE 20 VERSIONS?
One pack solves one lesson; 20 versions create a permanent cover bank. Every version preserves the four-level progression while changing questions and values. Rotate them across classes, use a fresh version for each absence, avoid identical work for neighbouring groups, or revisit curriculum stages without repeating a sheet. Bind the collection as a departmental cover booklet for absence, supervised study, internal exclusion, detention, catch-up, tutoring and revision. Select a version and it is ready.

HOW TO USE IT
Print the student pages two-pages-per-side and double-sided for one compact A4 handout. A class set can be laminated, placed in wallets or bound into reusable booklets. Pupils record answers in their books. Set selected rows, allocate starting pages by need, use a timed target or allow independent progress. Answers support rapid checking, self-marking and non-specialist cover.

Progressive Maths Cover Work Complete Bundle | 340 Mixed-Attainment Packs

COMPLETE PROGRESSIVE MIXED-ATTAINMENT MATHS COVER WORK COLLECTION Mixed-attainment cover is difficult when one worksheet leaves some pupils lost while others finish within minutes. This complete progressive bundle provides a practical solution: every cover version contains four increasingly demanding student pages, allowing pupils to begin successfully and continue into genuine additional challenge. WHAT IS INCLUDED? The bundle contains all 17 progressive products: Levels 1–4, 2–5, 3–6 and every consecutive four-level range through to Levels 17–20. Every product supplies 20 different versions. Each version includes four student pages with 180 questions per page and 720 questions overall, followed by three compressed answer pages. Across the collection, teachers receive 340 complete cover-work versions and 244,800 student questions. HOW THE PROGRESSION WORKS Page 1 begins at the lowest stated level. Page 2 moves up one level, Page 3 increases the challenge again and Page 4 reaches the highest level in that product. Teachers can allocate different starting pages, ask everyone to begin together and progress as far as possible, or direct pupils towards particular pages according to confidence and prior attainment. COMPLETE CURRICULUM COVERAGE The 17 overlapping ranges create a continuous pathway from accessible arithmetic and number fluency through fractions, percentages, ratio, measures and introductory algebra. Later ranges develop equations, sequences, proportional reasoning, Pythagoras, trigonometry, probability, standard form, bounds, indices, surds, quadratics, simultaneous equations and functions. The highest ranges extend into exact trigonometry, origin-centred circle equations, algebraic fractions, sine and cosine rules, composite and inverse functions, completing the square, discriminants, vectors, transformations, recurrence, iteration, identities, parameterised quadratics and proof. BUILT FOR GENUINELY MIXED CLASSES Less-secure pupils can establish confidence through achievable questions, while later pages supply sustained challenge for faster or more-secure pupils. One handout can therefore serve a broad class. 20 VERSIONS OF EVERY RANGE The four-level progression remains consistent while questions and values change. Rotate versions across classes, retain fresh material for future absences and revisit the same attainment span without repeating a sheet. This creates a permanent mixed-attainment cover bank rather than a one-use worksheet. There are no answer boxes or artificial working spaces. Pupils answer in exercise books or on separate paper, allowing sheets to be collected and reused. Print four student pages two-pages-per-side and double-sided for one compact A4 handout. Answers support self-marking, rapid review and non-specialist cover. Ideal for absence, detention, supervised study, intervention, tutoring, catch-up and revision.
