Primary French - Valentine’s Day Vocabulary Chains - La Saint Valentin

These literacy center or independent work activities for primary core French or primary French immersion are a fun, hands-on way for your students to have some fun during the month of February while working on their spelling! There are 3 different vocabulary chains to make in this resource. The number of letters needed is indicated by the number of blanks provided to help students while learning how to spell Valentine’s Day related vocabulary. They fill in the blanks, and a word bank is provided at the bottom of each worksheet. Next, they cut out the strips and paste them together forming vocabulary chains. They’ll love hanging them up around the classroom for Valentine’s Day!
