Starter Activity: Simon Says – Healthy Habits Edition – Pupils copy actions such as brushing teeth, washing hands, stretching, and eating healthy foods.
Main Activities:
Movement games to explore the benefits of exercise
Demonstration of hygiene routines (toothbrushing, handwashing, face washing)
Class discussion on why sleep and rest are important
Create personal Hygiene Charts to track healthy daily habits
Set up simple Exercise Circuit Stations (jumping jacks, balance, stretching)
