A PowerPoint presentation which asks the children a series of different questions based on the reading comprehension skills of vocabulary, interpretation, prediction, explanation, retrieval and sequencing.

This activity has been designed to encourage children to develop their reading comprehension skills through voicing their own thoughts and listening to those of others.

There is also a comprehension sheet which can be given to the children if written work is appropriate, or you may want to choose one of the more creative and informal ideas listed on the Creative Learning Web for The Owl Babies which can be downloaded as a separate document from Little Foxes Learning.
