Neurodiversity is part of the diversity we see in every classroom, family, workplace, and community. This resource is created for both neurodivergent and neurotypical learners, educators, parents, and anyone who wants to better understand how different minds experience the world.
Created by a special needs educator in Malaysia, the resource brings together practical information and perspectives that are grounded in the Malaysian education and cultural context. Rather than approaching neurodiversity only through labels or diagnoses, it encourages us to understand differences in learning, communication, behaviour, sensory experiences, strengths, and ways of thinking.
Teachers can use this resource for classroom discussions, student activities, professional development, lesson planning, parent conversations, or simply as a starting point for learning more about neurodiversity and inclusion.
Whether you are neurodivergent, neurotypical, an educator, parent, student, or ally, the goal is the same: to build greater understanding and create spaces where people do not simply feel included, but feel understood, respected, and valued.
