This Upper KS2 RE unit explores why people hold different belief positions, using psychology, theology and philosophy to help pupils understand ideas about God, non-belief and Humanism. Across six fully planned lessons, pupils compare worldviews, study biblical stories, examine mental images of God, and consider evidence-based approaches. The unit supports thoughtful, respectful discussion and links clearly to RE curriculum aims.
