A set of activities designed to help pupils discover that the Vikings were not only raiders and warriors, but also travellers, explorers and traders who journeyed across large parts of Europe and beyond.

Worksheets:

1. Viking Visitors Map
   A child-friendly physical map showing ten locations visited by the Vikings. Pupils use the labels to identify and match the different locations on the map.*

2. Extension Map Activity
   A more challenging version covering the same information, with three additional Viking locations and key rivers for pupils to identify and name.

3. Review and Recall Sheet
   A follow-up activity featuring anagrams and a wordsearch of Viking locations, plus an activity asking pupils to identify on which continent each location is found.

4. Interactive True or False Game
   A QR code provides access to an interactive true or false activity where pupils can test and reinforce their knowledge of Viking journeys and the places they visited.
