A series of five lessons focussing on the legacy of Victorian Railway Man, Edward Watkin, and his impact in Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the wider world. Scheme of work in word format, lessons in powerpoint format and lesson plans in word format. The resources give pupils to the opportunity to learn about Edward Watkin and his vision for Grimsby and Cleethorpes using ‘Jack’s Story’. Pupils will also have the opportunity to think about creative ways to acknowledge and celebrate Watkin’s importance in North East Lincolnshire.
