Unit Overview
★ Unit 1 – Bird Scarers (5 lessons): Investigate existing bird scarers, develop design criteria, explore materials and construction techniques, create a detailed design, build a prototype and evaluate its effectiveness through testing.

★ Unit 2 – Bird Feeders (3 lessons): Investigate the needs of garden birds, design and build an upcycled bird feeder using recycled materials, then evaluate the finished product against design criteria.
