The STAR method can be used in many different interview settings to keep answers clear and concise.

Here I have produced model answers for 8 interview question, demonstrating how the STAR method can be used. For some questions, I have given more than one answer to cover different key stages (EYFS:Reception class, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 2.

Although these are written with ECT’s in mind, they may be useful for anyone having an interview in a Primary School.
