This resource looks at what hexadecimal numbers are, how they are used by the computer. The lessons have been produced for both KS3 and KS4 pupils serving as a good introduction into hexadecimal numbers for pupils following one of the new Computer Science or Computing GCSE鈥檚 which require pupils to convert binary numbers.

The resource also contains scaffolded excel worksheet that the pupils can work through individually or in a group.
