•Students practice using this equation starting with simple equations building up to harder multi-step questions that use moles= mass / Mr from the previous lessons in this topic
•Animated slides to break down what Hess law is and how it relates to constructing and interpreting energy cycles specifically energy cycles that use combustion and formation as their indirect route
•Students complete the worksheet practicing interpreting and constructing energy cycles. There is a more scaffolded version for students who may find this difficult
