This series of workshops could be used in a drop-down day and combined with employer input to add a careers element to the learning. Talking about men’s and women’s health is not always an easy subject, so it is worth considering whether it would work to split your cohort by gender and run the workshops as a carousel.
The core components are the Women’s and Men’s Health workshops, along with those on Iron and Femtech, but I have added in the Dealing with - Sleep and Learning and Kindness lessons to complement the rest if you don’t add the employer input suggestions.
