Same start. Different finish.

Every child in your class starts with exactly the same thing: one of three simple, ready-drawn human figures (a dancer, a “Boo! pose and a “Who, me? shrug). Each child chooses a pose and designs their own Halloween costume on it. You then bind the pages together into a class costume catalogue, photocopy it and send it home.

Laid side by side, the pages show children something powerful: the same starting point leads to completely different results, and being different is what makes the catalogue brilliant.

Children also learn to draw believable human proportions. Instead of drawing clothes on thin stick lines, they first “puff up the body in pencil, then dress it.

What’s inside (11 pages, A4, print-ready)

“Dress your figure in 3 steps board page: stick figure, puffed-up body, costume
3 design sheets, one per pose, with name and costume fields
Catalogue cover, “Our designers contents page and a closing page with a note for families
Gallery walk questions for discussion
