This fun creative drawing challenge activity is a multiple A4 activity worksheet for KS2 (and will also work for older KS1 pupils). It is a great attention activity handout, to inspire creativity, all related to responsible car recycling and the Global Car Recycling Day campaign. The different challenges ask for children to “Fill the space with drawings of car parts than can be recycled” “Design your own Global Car Recycling Day Mascot” and “Design your own car recycling symbol”. Each A4 page has a frame with the title and drawing task written on it but is mostly blank for their creations. The design is minimal with mostly white space so it is cheaper and easier to print and use as a handout. The task could be split into two activities - designing/drawing and then colouring in. It’s the perfect follow up activity to the Global Car Recycling Day video that you can show, for junior school pupils and older primary school children. It could be used as a lesson resource in primary or junior, or even for a time filler if older students have finished work early. The topic of car recycling links to topics such as Our World, the Environment. There are other supporting resources available related to this topic - other activity worksheets, fact sheets, colouring in, puzzles - printable and online resources.
