Suitable for EYFS, it combines speaking and listening, early handwriting and counting to 6 in a range of simple activities.
The pack includes a full-colour toy poster and a black-and-white version for colouring, plus colour and black-and-white toy pictures with dotted words for children to trace/write.
There is also a set of simple questions for teachers to encourage observation, vocabulary and discussion, including clue questions such as “Which toy has 4 wheels?
The resource includes 18 colour toy flashcards which can be used for naming, matching, sorting and speaking activities.
Print duplicate sets to create matching or memory games, and laminate the cards for repeated classroom use.
Ideal for continuous provision, small-group work, adult-led activities, topic work or home learning.
