Feelings thermometer for kids in Year 1 to Year 4 (KS1-KS2, Grades 1-3): six illustrated black and white worksheets that help children name a feeling, say how strong it is and choose a calm next step. A gentle emotion check-in tool for classrooms, calm-down corners and home.

Children colour the thermometer from small to very strong, place a movable feeling marker beside it, circle a feeling face, notice what their body is telling them and pick a coping idea such as slow breaths, a quiet break, stretching or drawing the feeling. All feelings are welcome, and there is no right or wrong level.
