A lesson on factors, multiples, highest common factors and lowest common multiples. Contains a range of different activities many of which are differentiated by task. Also included are 2 different tarsia which are also differentiated at green and orange levels. Have fun!

I love the thoughts and crosses...have stolen this idea...thanks!<br /> I am covering this topic with a top set so we will be using prime factor trees instead of lists. But lists would definitely work well with lower ability students.

A nice lesson that is well differentiated. Lots of concepts covered so could need simplifying for a lower ability group. Nice use of Tarsia too. Thanks for sharing, keep them coming!

Amazing lesson! This is the first time I will use a lesson from TES without needing to tweak it. It&#39;s a full, well planned lesson, from interesting starter, to clear examples and explanation, to differentiated tasks and plenary. Lovely presentation too!
