How it works:

Simply enter children’s names down the left-hand side of the spreadsheet. For each skill, type:

Y = Yes (skill achieved) → cell turns dark green
N = Not yet → cell turns red
S = Supported (achieved after intervention) → cell turns light green

Teachers can also right-click cells to add comments and notes, allowing you to record:

Evidence of learning
Interventions used
Progress over time

When a child achieves a skill after support, simply replace N with S to clearly show progress and intervention impact.
