Part of my SEN Visuals range — works beautifully with my Visual Timetable and Calm Corner Kit. See my shop for the full set.

A calm, low-pressure way for children to notice and name how they feel. Soft, consistent artwork with one clear feeling per card — and, importantly, feelings are NOT colour-coded, so this sits happily alongside any approach your setting already uses (no Zones-style 4-colour framing, no Widgit / PCS symbols).

What’s inside (10 pages):
• 24 feelings cards — happy, sad, angry, worried, calm, tired, excited, scared, silly, proud, shy, frustrated, surprised, bored, embarrassed, confused, safe, upset, okay, grumpy, nervous, loved, lonely, poorly
• A “How do I feel today?” check-in board with a “my feelings can change” strip
• A “What could help?” page of gentle, child-led regulation ideas
• Blank faces to draw and name feelings in the child’s own words
• A simple how-to-use guide

Why teachers like it:
• Builds emotional literacy and self-advocacy
• Supports daily check-ins, calm corners and 1:1 work
• Person-first and non-behaviourist — every feeling is welcomed, not ranked
• Original artwork, safe to print and display

Print & prep:
• A4 and US Letter both included
• Print at 100% (Actual size), card, laminate, add hook-and-loop dots

Made by a UK teacher. Personal / single-classroom use — please see the licence page inside.
