A step by step guide of how to compose in the different styles of music. I have used only the following: Minimalism, African, Baroque/Classical/Romantic and Pop. Includes ways to get top marks for structure, developing an idea, exploitation of the medium as well as snippets of example scores.

This is based on the previous Edexcel specification.
