Christmas narrative writing for Year 4 and Year 5 (KS2, Grades 3-4): a complete 36-page story planning pack with picture prompts, word banks, story plans, guided story writing, model stories and a teacher assessment. Pupils plan, draft and publish their own Christmas story with a beginning, a problem, events, a solution and an ending.

Pupils choose their character, collect noun, action verb, describing word and linking word banks, fill in a five-part story plan, then write a guided draft with sentence starters before a final copy and illustration.
