TEACHING TIME AND FILES
Lessons 1–8 from the Unit 1 collection. Each lesson is planned for 90 minutes, giving approximately 12 taught hours. Files are supplied as PowerPoint and Word documents in a ZIP folder. Extract the ZIP before opening.

The tasks encourage discussion, explanation and application to sport. Workbooks support written responses, while answer slides allow feedback after learners have attempted each main activity. Research or linked media, where included, have supporting guidance or offline alternatives.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a standalone system pack from a wider Unit 1 teaching collection. The same lessons also appear in the wider collection, so purchasing both duplicates content. Cross-system integration and whole-unit revision lessons are not included here. This is a teaching sequence, not a claim to provide the full 120 guided learning hours for Unit 1. Use the specification and your centre’s teaching plan to determine additional practice and preparation.
