Each card gives a short instruction such as “I can step 3 times” or “Count back from 10 to 0. Step as you say each number”. Children read the card, do the action, then breathe. Two levels let you choose the right challenge: Level 1 uses short, decodable instructions and numbers 1-10; Level 2 uses longer, two-step directions and numbers up to 20.
