This autumn-themed movement-to-music session provides a gentle, structured sensory experience inspired by Tac Pac principles. Learners explore autumn sounds, textures and objects while engaging in calming, predictable movement sequences. Each activity is paired with an embedded audio track or soundscape, supporting attention, anticipation, and communication.

The session encourages:

Body awareness (proprioceptive input, noticing movement, grounding)

Early maths skills (counting actions, exploring size, shape, speed)

Early literacy (objects of reference, sequencing, key vocabulary exposure)

Emotional regulation (slow rhythms, predictable patterns)

Physical development (reaching, stretching, physio-plan movements integrated)

Can be delivered 1:1 or in a small sensory group, seated, lying, or supported in standing depending on physiotherapy guidance.
