At least 18 lessons - each lesson has enough resources for at least 2 lessons. AQA English Literature Worlds and Lives Anthology Unit on all 15 poems from the anthology. 3 additional lessons , 1 introducing pupils to the exam structure and themes of the anthology, and 1 on comparing Like An Heiress/With Birds You’re Never Lonely, and 1 on comparing Name Journeys/Homing. * A range of activities in every lesson * Lessons numbered in order and recap activities following on from each prior lesson * If the poem is in the public domain, an annotated version of each poem in each powerpoint with analytical questions for pupils to answer when annotating. Answers for the annotation questions on the powerpoint on an annotated version of the poem are provided. If the poem is not in the public domain then there are line by line questions and answers (clearly labelled) designed to help pupils annotate.
