This help sheet is the first part of a series that teaches students the basic principles of photography. This help sheet enables students to learn about aperture settings and how the adjustment of F stops on their camera, affects their images. Students will learn about depth of field and how they can achieve shallow and wide depths of field in their photographs, by adjusting the aperture.
