A fantastic final or consolidation activity for an Andy Warhol and Pop Art artist study, allowing students to develop their own original repeated print series.

Students choose an everyday object or symbol that interests them, draw it clearly, repeat the image into a grid and change the colours or patterns within each section. They are encouraged to use flat colour, bold outlines and strong contrast to create their own Warhol-inspired outcome.

The extension pushes students further by experimenting with larger grids, additional patterns, textures, different line styles, text or multiple objects.
