These are worksheets that go with 3 videos I love to use when talking with my students about Ancient Rome!

For each of the three videos, links are provided on the worksheets and there are TWO different worksheet options:

1. Multiple choice
2. Short answer

This gives you the flexibility to alter the difficulty of your lesson / activity based on the level of your students or give them the choice!

gives a reconstructed tour of the Roman Forum in Ancient Rome and talks briefly about the function of each

Pages 6-9 = Video #2 - La storia del Colosseo (3 min)
2x single page worksheets (MC and SA) with accompanying answer keys
brief introduction to the Colosseum with interesting graphics and relatively easy Italian

Pages 10-16 = Video #3 - L’antica Roma in 25 minuti (25 min)
Overview of Ancient Rome from its founding to its end (reign of Romolo Augusto)
This is more difficult than the other two videos, but it is very interesting and helps students understand how Ancient Rome was formed, changed over time, and ultimately what led to its downfall
