ADHD and Me is a 5-week small group intervention that helps students develop a better understanding of ADHD and its impact on their learning; behaviour, relationships and wellbeing. Through interactive activities and discussion, students explore topics including ADHD awareness, executive functioning skills, communication, emotional regulation, organisation and self-advocacy. Students are equipped with practical strategies to manage challenges, build on their strengths and increase confidence, independence and engagement in school.
