A free introductory accounting worksheet designed to help Cambridge IGCSE Accounting students understand and apply the accounting equation (Assets = Liabilities + Equity).

The worksheet contains three questions of increasing difficulty. Students practice identifying the accounts affected by business transactions, determining which accounts increase or decrease and by how much, and calculating the running balances of assets, liabilities and equity.

Suitable for classroom activities, homework and independent revision. This worksheet helps students develop a better understanding of how business transactions affect the accounting equation.

The worksheet includes three practice questions and a complete answer sheet for students to check their answers and support independent learning.
