At HD Tuition, Somerset’s leading tuition centre, we’re looking for an outstanding Science specialist to join our team full-time — teaching in a calm, focused, high-impact environment where students actually want to learn.

The Role

You’ll teach:

• Years 7–11 students

• Biology, Chemistry and Physics (KS3–GCSE)

• Small, ability-grouped sessions (maximum 4 students)

No large classes.

No behaviour management.

No chaos.

Just focused teaching and real progress.

Working Structure

Monday – Friday 11am - 7:30pm

Term-time only

Daytime + evening sessions within a structured timetable

With the opportunity to earn up to an additional £6,000 through optional holiday workshops across the year.

Salary & Package

• £30,000 – £40,000 base salary (term-time only)

• Up to £6,000 additional earning potential through workshops

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong experience teaching Science (KS3 & GCSE)

• Confident across Biology, Chemistry and Physics

• Qualified teacher with 8+ years experience

• Someone who genuinely cares about student confidence and progress
