Embassy International School in Kraków is seeking an experienced and inspiring School Principal to take full responsibility for the overall leadership and management of our school, starting December 2026 - January 2027

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who values both strategic vision and close, everyday involvement in school life.

About the Role

As Principal, you will provide strategic, organisational, and educational oversight across all three of our school divisions:

• Early Years

• Primary School

• Secondary School

We are looking for a strong, capable leader with proven experience in school management, curriculum oversight, staff leadership, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will ensure consistently high educational standards while confidently managing the day-to-day functioning of the entire institution.

As a small international school, we offer a role that goes beyond strategic leadership and educational supervision. You will be actively involved in the daily operational management of the school and will work in close partnership with our teachers, parents, and ownership team.
