The Opportunity

St. Joseph鈥檚 Institution International School (SJIIS) is entering an exciting phase of sustained growth and continuous enhancement of our vibrant Elementary School. To support this strategic development, we are establishing our 2027/28 Elementary School Talent Pool to connect with exceptional, forward-thinking primary educators well ahead of the 2027/28 academic year.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an ambitious, collaborative professional who thrives in a warm, high-achieving environment and is passionate about early childhood and primary education.

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant degree and a recognised primary teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or the English National Curriculum / International Primary Curriculum (IPC).

  • A strong understanding of inquiry-based learning, child development, and early literacy/numeracy strategies.

  • A dedication to enabling every child to reach their full potential through inclusive practices.

  • A willingness to contribute actively to our vibrant Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) programme.

  • Alignment with our core Lasallian values of faith, service, and community.

SJIIS caters for students from our Early Years (Nursery and Reception) up to our Sixth Form where students prepare for their A Levels.
