A six-lesson KS2 enquiry into Judaism as it is lived in Britain today. Pupils learn about the belief in one God and the covenant, the synagogue and the Torah, Shabbat, the Jewish home and the mezuzah, and festivals such as Pesach and Hanukkah — and reflect on what it means to belong to the Jewish community. Beliefs are always attributed (‘Jews believe…’), following an agreed-syllabus ‘religion and worldviews’ approach. Designed to slot into your locally agreed syllabus.
